As Client Service Manager, I managed accounts of companies and individuals that the company serviced, facilitated new businesses and resolved any issues that arose.

In the US Restoration Industry where I worked as Compliance Manager and Estimator, in two different Puroclean Franchises, my day-to-day activities included receiving inbound calls from Homeowners, TPAs and Insurance Agents. These calls were either new job calls, enquiries for a job or complaints about one, which I attended to and proffered solutions wherever there were problems.

I also managed outbound calls to customers and agents. Managed collaborations with the on-site and off-site teams in the US from my desk in Nigeria.
