I am an Information Systems and Technology Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the Information Technology field with experiences ranging from software backend developer roles. IT business analysis, web development, and software quality assurance engineer.

I worked with the Ghanaian National Information Technology Agency as their web developer and tech support. I debugged and reduced bugging reports on the Ghana e-services and e-payments portal and trained the national agencies on the use of these portals.

As a business analyst at Westblue Consulting, I was responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, prototyping and user-acceptance testing on the Ghana National Single Window Project. I worked closely with the national agencies including the Customs Divisions of the Ghana Revenue Authority to ensure the system developed met their requirements.

Additionally, I developed a visitor tracking app and worked as a business analyst during the building and development of the Ghana National Single Windows app for use at the Ghana port. I was responsible for requirement gathering, prototyping, agency training, software documentation, test case management and user acceptance testing.
