I am now serving as an office manager at Kuanxi land registration agent in Yunlin, Taiwan. I have been working in humanitarian assistance and disaster response at Tzu Chi Foundation, an international humanitarian and nongovernmental organisation based in Taiwan. I used to in charge of recruiting, training and guiding national and international volunteers, supervising the operation of overseas branch offices at Tzu Chi, including Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Jordan and Turkey. I served as a project manager or coordinator in international disaster relief projects at Tzu Chi such as Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami relief project in Sri Lanka and Indonesia in 2004, Cyclone Nargis relief project in Myanmar in 2008, Typhoon Haiyan relief project in the Philippines in 2013 and Monsoon floods relief project in Myanmar in 2018. Through the completion of above projects, I organized living materials distribution, free medical services and managed the construction of temporary or permanent houses for the disaster survivors. The expenses of those projects are between 2.3 to 40 million USD separately.
I have a master’s degree in business administration from National Dong Hwa University and my master’s degree thesis titled "Investigating the Effect of Mobile Commerce Ubiquity on Value Co-creation in Online Shopping Communities" received the Distinguished Master’s Paper Award in the Twelve TSC Thesis Symposium in Taiwan in 2019. I also have an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering from National Taipei University of Technology, a bachelor’s degree in social welfare (minor in philosophy) from National Chung Cheng University.
I am a citizen of Taiwan. I’m a native speaker of Mandarin, fluent in Chinese and English (TOEIC: 845). I’m passionate about knowledge and know that the learning process never ends. I would like to learn and master necessary skills for this position within the shortest possible time.
