With five years of experience in People Operations and Recruitment, I've had the opportunity to contribute to various organisations in impactful ways.

At Pasta Evangelists, I took on the role of People Coordinator during the lockdown period, where I spearheaded end-to-end recruitment processes, revamped benefits and compensation structures, and implemented a companywide engagement survey. Additionally, I managed payroll operations, overseeing the transition from Xero to Brightpay. During my tenure, I witnessed significant company growth, with the team expanding from around 100 to over 250 employees.

I've also worked as a People Coordinator/generalist at both Katch and GivePanel, where I've focused on initiatives such as building the company's Notion page, global recruitment efforts spanning the US, UK, and Australia, and restructuring the onboarding process. Although these projects were put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances within the companies (dangers of a startup).

More recently I have served as an HR Business Partner at WeSchool, where I developed and implemented comprehensive people strategies, facilitated talent acquisition efforts across the EU, UK and North Africa, and provided HR partnership to department heads.
