I have extensive experience (15+ years) in customer support, managerial experience, and am very familiar with using a computer and basic network admin work.
I'm looking for a remote job and am very willing to learn anything that the job requires of me to become competent in my work. I would prefer a job in IT as it seems to have a lot of forward growth and I have a B.S. in Information Systems from VCU.
I have a bright personality and am confident in my communication skills. Anything I may lack, I'm sure I can learn quickly.
