I have wide-ranging HR experience in International Organizations handling global recruitment in Somalia and Italy, including but not limited to talent acquisition, expatriate Management, HR Workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, benefits and entitlement, HR operations, conduct and disciplinary management, HR Compliance and Policy Adherence, HR data and analytics. I consider myself a specialist in the core functional area of the advertised role. I have depth theoretical and practical expertise in fully-cycle recruitment management in multinational institutions, including creative sourcing and outreach, candidate assessment, candidate selection, offer management, onboarding and employee separation. I currently supported the recruitment function for a large international mission of over 1500 staff, with invaluable experience in talent pipeline management, development and implementation, HR policy review and interpretation, talent pipeline management and internal mobility. I have expert-level knowledge of HR, IT tools, including recruitment/application tracking systems (e.g TALEO) as well as ERPs (e.g SAP Oracle PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, MSRP, ProMISe, BvA, ATS, HRMagic, Skill Survey and Integra).
