I'm an experienced Customer service representative in both INSURANCE and BANKING industry. In both roles I honed my abilities in call center and face to face client contact complaint resolution, strong communication skills that allow me to listen to customers problems and suggest acceptable solutions.
I am customer obsessed and people centric by nature which afforded me excellent customer service skills. I have an RE5 and a National Diploma in Economic Management Analysis. I recently obtained a 120 Hour Advanced TEFL Certificate, and would like an opportunity to start teaching English online.
