My education:
I hold a Bachelorβs degree in International Relations from the University Metodista de Piracicaba, as well as two MBAs: one in Business Management and another in Digital Business from the University of SΓ£o Paulo. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, with intermidiate proficiency in Spanish.
My Experience:
I began my career at Pecege, an educational institute in Brazil associated with the University of SΓ£o Paulo (USP). In this role, I contributed to strengthening institutional relationships, enhancing customer experience, and supporting a fundraising project aimed at maximizing the instituteβs social impact. I also worked on initiatives involving data analysis and customer-focused improvements.
Seeking international exposure and new challenges, I joined Emirates as a cabin crew member. This experience enabled me to develop strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills within a highly multicultural and dynamic environment, while consistently delivering excellent customer service under pressure.
What I am looking for:
I am currently seeking opportunities focused on customer experience and people management.
