A Credit and Debt Manager for 9+ years as a Credit Controller and a Credit Manager.
My active participation in Credit Policy creation and administration is my greatest achievement in promoting sales and administering credit transactions, curbing bad debt in business, and improving cash flow management.
I am also well trained to recover debt when it occurs, applying my negotiation skills, dispute resolution techniques, and Age Receivable Report Analysis to improve timely payment and debt management.
I am also very efficient in other accounting duties like General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Taxation, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
My effective communication skills through email, phone, and chat with customers have been my greatest strength in solving cash flow problems in business. My sound knowledge of some Accounting tools, Communication tools, and Remote Working Tools like Sage, QuickBooks, Tally Prime, SAP, Zoom, Google Suites, Zendesk, Trello, Asana, HubSpot Time Doctor, and many more.
I am fully equipped with my working tools; High configuration System, Noise Cancellation Headset, and High Internet Facility.
