โ Develop Operations KPIs and monitor them
โ Develop performance incentive program (technical and behavioral)
โ Automate the incentive program
โ Develop Operational dashboards
โ Operational quality and risk management
โ Establish operation leasing unit to manage assets and automate the leasing and
contract management
โ Develop operation process, workflow, JDQs, policies and procedures
โ Enhance overall operational performance according to required standards
โ Establish internal and external customer auto survey
โ Manage the data warehouse unit (establish hospital indicators)
โ Manage all operational development projects (F&B development and support
services)
โ Developed and manage Data mining and analysis unit
โ Manage the operations manpower (Org charts, headcount, budgets and
forecasting)
Enterprise Strategic Performance Management Executive
โ Report to VP
โ Develop employee performance plans which includes the key performance
indicators.
โ Negotiate requirements and performance standards for measuring the outcome
and overall productivity against the predefined benchmarks.
โ Provide continuous coaching and feedback during the period of delivery of
performance.
โ Identify the training and development needs by measuring the outcomes
achieved against the set standards and implementing effective development
programs for improvement.
โ Hold quarterly performance development discussions and evaluating employee
performance on the basis of performance plans.
โ Corporate / Enterprise Performance Management processes such as Strategic
Planning, Planning
โ Budgeting Forecasting, Rolling Forecast, Management Reporting etc.
โ Deliver projects on Business process reengineering and Functional Alignment
โ Lead the enterprise wide associate talent review and performance goal setting
processes to continue movement toward a high performance culture
โ Define and achieve metrics to increase employee performance through
consistent utilization of the
โ performance management process.
โ Develop multi-level employee engagement strategies to strengthen our stance
and progression as a high performing culture.
โ Gathers, analyzes and documents business and functional requirements and
translates them into applicable business solutions.
โ Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to define and communicate
career paths for employees at both the corporate and line of business level.
โ Support a robust performance management process (PMP) to build cross-
functional enterprise leadership capabilities and bench strength.
โ Ensure that PMP process drives required employee performance and that
associates meet required expectations.
โ Collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders to design workforce retention
strategies, plans, and
โ initiatives that address risk and align to the organizationโs current and future
talent needs.
