Hello, I'm Brenda Chepkirui Ronoh, a purpose-driven individual on a mission to contribute meaningfully to society and leave a positive impact on the lives of those around me. My objective in every endeavor is to strive towards personal growth while leaving a lasting legacy, making each place I encounter better than I found it.
Background:
I hold an M.A. in Sociology from Kenyaatta University, where I graduated with a GPA of 67. My academic journey also includes a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Egerton University, where I earned Second Class Honours Upper Division. Additionally, I have a distinction in Stata and SPSS from Egerton University and a distinction in Computer Studies from Sitemon College. My educational foundation was established at Alliance High School, where I achieved an excellent KCSE grade of A- from 2010 to 2013.
Professional Journey:
In my recent role as a Remote Real Estate Agent at Carlton Realtors (Jan 2023 - March 2024), I honed my skills in understanding the unique needs of buyers and sellers. Conducting thorough market research enabled me to provide accurate advice and pricing recommendations, while my effective communication skills were vital for maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and managing transactions from start to finish.
Prior to that, I served as a Direct Sales Representative at the National Bank of Kenya (Feb 2020 - Dec 2023). This role provided me with the opportunity to assist customers in various financial transactions, from account opening to securing loans and facilitating credit card, mortgage, and insurance applications. It was a period of substantial growth for my sales and communication skills, fostering lasting friendships and teamwork.
As the Manager of Latop Medics Electrical and Electronics Shop (Dec 2018 - Jan 2020), I successfully oversaw day-to-day operations, ensuring the business remained profitable and achieved sales targets. This managerial experience was instrumental in further developing my leadership, sales, and communication skills.
In 2017, I contributed to the democratic process by serving as part of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) during the voter registration exercise. My responsibilities included transferring voters between constituencies, refining my communication, computer, and statistical analysis skills.
Skills:
My diverse skill set includes expertise in sales and marketing, real estate, teamwork, communication, research, empathy, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, writing, leadership, social work, and computer skills.
Conclusion:
I am not just a professional; I am a passionate and dedicated individual committed to making a positive impact on the world. Whether through academic pursuits, professional roles, or community involvement, my journey is defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, growth, and leaving a meaningful mark in every aspect of life.
