I am an IT professional with 20 years of experience. In delivery, I work on gathering requirements, documentation, architecture, development, and coordination of projects focused on the implementation of ITSM and CSM systems; and Cloud solutions. In the commercial area, I carry out activities from the initial understanding with the client, definition of pre-sales strategy followed by the presentation (Demo or POC) seeking the fit between the budget challenges, the functionalities and solutions, and the client's pains. Experience in coordinating through SCRUM, defining the implementation strategy, and transferring knowledge to the teams. Currently focused on pre-sales actions, architecture, and project design, both for the implementation of the ServiceNow® platform and for Cloud solutions.
