As a business process expert, I have spent my career finding solutions that make companies work better for the customer. Working in large complex organisations such as Nokia, ‘better’ means more efficient, more cost-effective and more closely aligned with strategy and vision.

I am proud to hold the following achievements:

• Developed a proprietary taxonomy based on academic research to help organisations identify process weaknesses and add greater value to procurement functions.
• Provided training to 100s of salespeople globally, bringing greater coherence to the relationship between sales and delivery teams.
• Saved 1000s of hours of FTE by collaborating directly with senior project teams and delivering training programmes.
• Rebuilt a dysfunctional sales-to-delivery handover process, implementing controls, enforcing existing policy. This saved my employer over €100,000 in liquidated damages claims.
• Identified and remedied ongoing losses totalling approximately €11M, caused by scope-creep and miscommunication between sales and delivery teams.

I have coordinated the delivery of large national programmes to overhaul comms infrastructure, revitalised failing projects and designed multiple process frameworks to save millions of pounds and thousands of hours of FTE. My work draws on the skills I have gathered in my training, with Prince2, Lean6Sigma and SCOR providing the backdrop to the value I bring.

Latterly I have been involved with clean energy start-ups, and indeed clean energy initiatives in well established brands, to find a path to market. This includes not only establishing technical or channel partners but also identifying sources of funding, whether it be private equity or government funding.
