I'm a French and Canadian citizen living in Ottawa.
When I came to Canada, I never imagined or planned to work in IT. For me, it was a job for gifted people. But I learned that with perseverance, passion, curiosity, and smart work, anyone can code.
At the beginning, I worked in customer service for almost five years and moved all the way up to technical support at Videotron before moving to software development.

Today, I'm a software developer with over three years of experience. In my free time, I work on several projects from scratch as a Java developer. One of them is a database web application with JSP, Servlets, and JDBC. I'm enthusiastic about creating beautiful, efficient digital products to make people's experiences with technology memorable and communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Previously, I worked at Desjardins Bank as a front-end developer, improving products and services for our customers by using advanced technologies and creating and maintaining models using JavaScript and React.
My focus now, is to work with Java to be as proficient as possible in my role as a Java Specialist.
