I have worked my way up in the retail business of top-5 Russian banks from sales manager to head of CRM and Customer analytics department.
I have been creating and implementing sales models for all banking products in many channels (including sales offices, mobile banking, contact center, etc.), researching customer behavior, searching for patterns and developing tools to monetize the customer base, creating a retail business strategy, launching and analyzing pilot and regular CRM campaigns, developing and implementing models of propensity to purchase a product, technological development of CRM in the role of the product owner.
I worked as a consultant-analyst of business processes in foreign banks (Raiffeisen). I also did analytics for a mobile application in a startup selling secondary items and modeled pilots and scenarios for successful scaling of the application.
