I was always the person in the family that elders ran for help when their home-screen got shuffled up. It was a pleasure for me to see their confused faces brighten up with joy after their problems were solved. And it gave me greater pleasure knowing that I was the reason for that joy. I also had a big interest in technology as long as I know myself. So I decided to study something related with technology, but also had a connection with human interaction. Thatβs when I discovered Management Information Systems.
After my graduation, I was sure that I wanted to help people solve their problems using my soft skills such as active listening, communication, ethic etc . Shortly after my graduation I joined Turkcell Global Bilgi. And I absolutely loved being a problem solver. Unfortunately, COVID-19 pandemic started after my 1 year of experience. And then I have been laid off in May 2020. But that didnβt stop me from doing what I fell in love with. So I started as an experienced customer services representative in Turk Telekom Assist in January 2021. But unfortunate events didnβt stop happening. Due to some health problems occurred in the family, I had to quit that position which I loved again.
As of today, I am not working. But I am ready to take responsibility and start to help people who are in need. I believe with my foreign language skills, and my ability to communicate with people plays a huge part on why I love customer services. I am an excellent listener, I am good with reporting what I do, and most importantly, I can emphasize others' feelings and I give my everything to help the ones in need.
Outside of work, I usually lose myself in my hobbies, which are motorsports, music, traveling, sports, video games and much more.
