I have a bachelor's degree in economics, I have worked for several years at the financial system (Citibanamex 2014-2019), there I occupied different positions as in compliance, as in the commercial department. Recently I have worked at Amazon as Costumer Service Representative for the US market (2021-2022), and my most recent job was Costumer Service Representative for Grubhub (2023) also for the US market, along with my recent jobs I have been working as freelancer at Telus International for the last three years, doing data analysis (2019-Current). I consider the customer service as the front line with customers, reason why it's one of the most important departments for a successful company.
