I have worked on files with deceased in title, judgements to be cleared, mechanics liens, city liens, clouds in title, and missing deeds in the chain of title. I daily order payoffs, HOAs, send out seller and buyer information form, send out lender title requests after preparing the title commitment, CPL, CD etc. I learn new systems quickly and have excellent problem solving skills as well as decades in customer service.
