More than 2 decades of experience in IT sector working as a consultant, trainer, mentoring and architecting end-to-end SDLC life cycle tools usage, DevOps installations. Guiding and mentoring large teams and large setups at Private institutions and government and defense sector with the help of platform tools of mainly Microsoft and IBM. Extensive experience in consulting, trainings, setup and migrations of Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, IBM Rational Tools along with many open source and other supporting technologies. Expertise in SLDC methodologies from Requirements to deployments.

Spent last 5 years working as a SME and Managing a team for Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise. Playing a role as a mentor and coach, trouble shooting issues with change management to build to test and to deployment. I have setup guidelines and practices for these disciplines. In the past executed several projects large and small both in India and outside coaching, architecting mentoring and setting up installations for IBM rational suite from requirements management using IBM CLM and change / configuration management using Clearcase and clearquest.

I have written code from PHP, Python, JavaScript, Java, batch commands and shell scripting to automate tasks. Used REST API for automation and creating reports. Automation and process improvements are my core strengths.
