I'm Angelica Generoso, I've been in the customer service industry for almost 8 year now. I started as an email/chat support for a Delivery/Ride sharing app for US Account then after a year I got promoted as an Assistant Team Lead, with that I support 3 LOBs of our account and was designated for different teams every 3 months. After 3 years I got promoted to Reporting department, with that we are responsible for monitoring the volume of the account that we handled and we work closely with the operations for strategies. After 2 years I got promoted for my present role as a Supervisory Level, Workforce Scheduler- we are responsible in creating and maintaining employees shift schedules that ensure adequate coverage during operational hours. This involves considering factors like employee availability, skill sets, and workload demands, we report closely to the clients.
I make sure to have work life balance to avoid being burnt out or lack of motivation. I always take the hard situations as challenge, and challenge means you are willing to learn. Being in a fast phasing industry for 8 years, I believe that change is inevitable and it is part of our life already that's why I'm a quick learner and can adapt to changes easily.
