Curiosity has always been my driving force. As a child, I was the one asking endless questions because I was determined to know the answer to everything, eager to understand how things worked from gadgets to playing my favorite video games. Just like in gaming where challenges are boss fights and winning is level up, my very first day at tech support made me believe that problems are precisely the opportunities we can harness to improve our selves.

I learnt the importance of time, information, and knowledge sharing. Those very lessons laid the foundation for a career that involves Program, Product and Data Management, Networking, and Software Development. Each step in my journey, each discipline adding a unique skill, much like collecting rare items or unlocking achievements in a game.

My career has been like an exciting game where I merge technical skills with strategic problem-solving. Colleagues often call me "The Problem Solver," a title I'm proud to be recognized by, yet I remain humble as I coach and guide project teams to generate real business value. I approach each project like a strategic tennis match, anticipating moves, adjusting tactics on the fly, and always aiming for that perfect serve that wins the game.

Because I have a tech background, I excel at aligning business objectives with technical solutions, driving outcomes through well defined OKRs and KPIs. Today, my passion lies at the intersection of Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence. I blend my passion for coaching and agile project management with a strategic mindset refined in the competitive worlds of gaming and tennis.
