Before setting up my company I had an impressive record of achievement as a senior manager with full revenue and performance responsibility. An MBA from Cranfield and a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Emotional Intelligence, together with international experience in finance, industry, IT, and Project Management, give me the ability to connect with clients of all levels in an organisation from technicians to senior managers.
