My name is Anas Bin Muhammad Salim. I am currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Seberang Perai City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai), a position I have held since 1st April 2022. Prior to this, I worked as a Research Assistant at Universiti Sains Malaysia while completing my Masterโ€™s degree. I am a graduate of Universiti Sains Malaysia, holding both a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Master of Social Sciences in Development Planning and Management.

In my current role, I provide first-level support to clients. My responsibilities include addressing non-critical issues, responding to inquiries, and channeling complaints to the appropriate departments.

Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring that enforcement officersโ€™ devices are in good working condition prior to use. If any issues arise, I am required to troubleshoot them initially, and if unresolved, escalate the matter to the technical team.

To ensure a structured workflow, I also maintain documentation of all work processes, serving as a record and reference of the tasks performed.

Furthermore, I oversee the monitoring of revenue collection through the Smart Parking system. This involves retrieving daily revenue data from the systemโ€™s back office and preparing a summary report using Microsoft Excel.

My role involves extensive interaction with various technologies, and I continuously strive to enhance my proficiency in the systems I use. For example, operating the Smart Parking back-office system requires proper training and keen observation.
