I have more than 3 years of experience with programming with several languages, and recently I specialized in Ruby on Rails, counting 1.5 years of experience in this framework.

My expertise:

● General programming (late-90s):

Scripts, algorithm design, mathematics computing, terminal and desktop development using some programming languages as Pascal, Dbase, Clipper, Visual Basic, Delphi, MATLAB, etc.. Development of inventory, customers and suppliers control commercial software used in auto parts retail sector using Clipper language.

● Full-Stack (2021-present):

Web Application Development from scratch:
From defining app requirements based on user needs, elaborating wire framing and high fidelity mocks, designing the data structure and models, and implementing the entire required code. Git version control and deployment on Heroku and AWS.

Front-end:
Development of front-end solutions using pure vanilla javascript code, bootstrap, HTML and CSS to generate functional and user-friendly UI in order of displaing of large set of data.
Integration with RoR backend using AJAX requests and receiving event notification from the backend using PUSHER, for real-time updates.

BI Analysis:
Documentation study of APIs and contact with specialized support of their data providers, in order to define strategies for selecting relevant data for the customer, avoiding unnecessary data requests and reducing costs.

Back-end:
Used Ruby on Rails for retrieving data of many API providers which are parsed, processed and combined to offer SAAS solutions. Some processes are: Generating and Parsing Google Searches, scrapping contents (HTML, PDF, etc.), searching for desired patterns, blacklisting of undesired results, score results and get confidence matrices. Design of workers to background process data.

Tests:
Unity test design using Rspec framework for testing both happy and edge paths. Also used FactoryBot, WebMock an VCR.

Database:
Used MySQL and Redis as database solutions.

Production environment:
App troubleshooting on AWS production environment. Quality assurance of newly performed deployments.

Remote Work Experience:
Worked with a on international team (BR, ARG, US) based on slack communication and using JIRA for agile methodology tool. Pair programming, and code review of teammates on Tech Lead request.
