Hi. Over the past 2 years, I have gained strong experience working with global firms like State Street Corporation and Goldman Sachs. At State Street, my responsibilities were to review the performance of Investment Managers Portfolios. I have analysed investment performance, created detailed reports for clients, reconciled transactions and flow for it to be consistent with accounting . I have developed good skills in Excel, investment analysis, communication by working on real world portfolios. I work well independently and communicate clearly. I am looking to expand my career without location limits.
At Goldman Sachs, I worked in the credit operations team for the Apple Credit Card Project. I handled 100+ disputes and fraud cases per day (no calls, no live chats. All work was on computer). I analysed consumer behaviour, transaction patterns, and raised a chargebacks consistent with Mastercard Chargeback guidelines. This experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and taught me how to work under pressure.
