I am a hard-working, motivated and intelligent person looking to grow both personally and professionally. My skillset is a bit unique, ranging from tech, to team management, to digital design. I graduated with an A.S. in General Science at Daytona State College, then attended UCF for Engineering for almost a year. I felt my passion wasn't truly Engineering, and focused more on art and development. I worked at Stripe for 3 years, first as a customer service agent for Developers who needed help with the Stripe API. I also focused on larger companies such as DoorDash for their development needs. After that I became a level 1.5 member, where I focused on tickets and which teams they best belonged in while focusing certain DevOps solutions. I learned quite a bit about how back-end development and front-end web development behaved in concerns with payment processing. I also helped overhaul the internal learning pages to ensure employees understand how to navigate the technical aspects of the Stripe Product.

I managed a novelty shop for two years, where I helped open multiple locations. I also helped design the inventory management and point of sale layouts with Shopkeep and Lightspeed. After this, I tackled a custom inventory program to make sure only relevant items were printed for each shop as they needed new inventory.

Before all this, I worked with an independent game company and continue to offer my services when needed. This required need of my art as well as development skills. We won Independent Game of the Year award in 2006 while I worked actively on our animation updates and GUI changes to accommodate the new system and map options.
