Remote worker with 13+ years of experience - Last seen ago

Motivated career switcher with a background in entrepreneurship, now fully focused on building a long-term career in tech.

Over the past 10+ years, I co-managed small businesses, where I was responsible for building internal operations โ€” from marketing funnels and sales processes to team hiring and customer onboarding. A key part of my role was creating manageable and transparent systems by automating business workflows using CRM platforms, Google Sheets, Airtable, Make, n8n, no-code chatbot building platforms, and other no-code and low-code tools (like bubble and adalo).

To improve communication with developers and better understand how websites function, I completed a hands-on course in HTML and CSS back in 2018. It helped me grasp the fundamentals of front-end development, which proved useful for reviewing tasks and making small changes myself.

In 2021, I led bot development at a no-code hackathon, where our team won first place by creating a Telegram bot and web app for remote video interviews. I developed the bot logic using n8n and Integromat. I also participated in an AI-focused beginner hackathon where we created a Telegram chatbot that consults users on Chinese cars. To contribute effectively, I read a foundational book on Python and followed a crash course to understand basic backend logic.

Iโ€™m currently enrolled in the Full-Stack Web Development path on Codecademy to deepen my coding skills across the stack.
Iโ€™ve already completed the front-end section, covering HTML, CSS, responsive design, Flexbox, and Grid.

In the past year, Iโ€™ve been actively automating and scripting processes with ChatGPT and Claude โ€” writing custom JavaScript functions for n8n.
Additionally, with the help of ChatGPT, I built and launched a Chrome extension for YouTube, which now has nearly 700 weekly active users.

Now Iโ€™m fully focused on transitioning into tech and growing as a junior front-end developer.
My goal is to join a team where I can learn from experienced engineers, solve meaningful problems, and make a real contribution to the product and team. In the long term, Iโ€™m aiming to grow into full-stack and AI development, but right now Iโ€™m looking for hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and challenging front-end tasks to build a solid foundation.Motivated career switcher with a background in entrepreneurship, now fully focused on building a long-term career in tech.
