I am a Supply Chain Professional with over 15 years’ wealth of experience in Supply Chain Management in the Public and Private Sector. I holder of a Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management – Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology(JKUAT), Member Kenya Institute of Supplies Management {KISM}, and currently undertaking my Masters in Procurement & Logistics thesis from JKUAT. Currently am working at Kenya Revenue Authority as a Procurement Officer and previously having worked as a Procurement Officer at Madison Insurance Limited, Assistant Procurement Officer at Karatina University and Procurement Assistant Officer Kenyatta University all within Supply Chain Management Department.
My work entails Developing detailed sourcing and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, Preparing annual budgets, procurement plans, evaluation of tenders & quotations, preparation of professional opinions, managing end to end procure to pay process, cost savings and best practices. I also possess comprehensive knowledge in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP – SAP), Supplier Relationship Management module (SRM) and Sage Accpac - ERP) accounts software which are necessary in making daily operations more effective.
