I’m Aldair Leston Tandala Manuel, a civil engineer with a strong background in construction management and education. I graduated in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Agostinho Neto, and over the years, I’ve taken on roles that range from overseeing complex projects to leading teams, ensuring quality and efficiency in every endeavor. My experience also extends into education, where I’ve had the privilege of teaching and coordinating math courses, a role that’s allowed me to contribute meaningfully to academic spaces.
Technical project management is one of my core strengths, and I’m passionate about merging structural analysis with sustainable practices to create lasting, impactful work.
