I have been leading departments since 2013, with a total professional experience of approximately 18 years. Notably, 63% of my experience is at the corporate level, where I have contributed significantly to HR, Administration, and Compliance functions.I have expertise in BD Labor Law and EPZ Labor Law. My expertise on OD from 2013 is my strongest part of my professional profile. I have KPI based Performance Management system implementing experience from 2012 and I implemented in Niagara Textiles Ltd. and GerBan Fibres Ltd.
For the past 12 years, I have been leading the HR, Admin, and Compliance department, including at SGS Bangladesh Ltd. (a multinational company) and my current organization, a German-Bangladesh joint venture. While I have managed compliance certifications at the plant level, most of my expertise and contributions lie within HR practices with OD orientation.

My largest manpower-handling experience has been 5,000 employees at Niagara Textiles Ltd., where I also led two plants simultaneously from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, I held a similar leadership role at Bashundhara Group from 2021 to 2023.
