Human Resources Professional with 20 year exposure.

In my last role as the Group Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Oilserv Limited, I lead a team of HR professionals and Corporate Services providers to deliver People strategy and Organizational transformation for an Energy/EPC company in Nigeria. With over 18 years of quality experience in various HR roles across different sectors and regions in Africa and beyond, I have acquired the competency and credentials to support/drive business results via our People strategy - effective talent/performance management, recognition & reward and leadership development.

I possess a Master’s degree in HR Management, am an SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). Furthermore, I have completed executive education programs in talent and leadership development from London Business School.

A majority of my Human Resources strategic/tactical and operations experience/exposure has been within the Energy/Manufacturing/Telecommunications & Financial Services sector - this has given me a differentiated and innovative approach to People strategy for each industry.
