I'm Afonso, 29, passionate for food and management commercial stuff. I got graduated as Nautical Science Bachelor in the Merchant Navy School of Brazil, got a Lieutenant degree, after working on board in Brazilian, Danish and Greek companies as deck officer, I decided to follow my first passion: Being a Cook ! So a went to culinary school in Argentina, it was a wonderful experience, learned spanish and backing to Brazil opened a Bistrot inspired by local cousine (Amazon) that is the place I was born (North of Brazil) and French and Italian techniques.
It was 2 pretty good years, till pandemic Covid 19 showed up. That time, I post graduated at autoral cousine and moved to Fortaleza - CE to start a business with my father in law in the Food Industry and Comercial area, where he already consolidate this about 7 years before the production and distribution of Acai Berry, with a great market gained already at all over the state.
So with the company running well I decide to move around the world and get new experiences. Moving country to country and learning about culture, politics, cooking with local ingredientes, living local life.
