I am a psychologist in training with over five years of experience in customer service and sales. My current position at Teleperformance has allowed me to develop competencies such as effective communication, information organization, and attention to detail, both internally and externally. My objective is to provide quality service, meet customer needs, and contribute to the company's goals. Thanks to this commitment, I had the opportunity to work as a Supernumerary Supervisor, which allowed me to gain deeper insights into the company's operations and processes. In this role, I was in charge of overseeing a team of 15-20 Customer Service Representatives. I was responsible for maintaining the quality of their work and ensuring they achieved the desired results. This experience further solidified my understanding of effective leadership and team management within the organization.
In addition to my work at Teleperformance, I am also involved in selling marine products at PescArt Chimbote, a family business we started six years ago. There, I am responsible for managing inventory, promotions, product quality and verification, as well as maintaining good relationships with suppliers and customers.
I also have worked at academic events as a host for CIES and LASA, where my responsibilities included assisting panelists with platform navigation, ensuring everything is functioning correctly, and ensuring that the audience encounters no issues with viewing or hearing presentations.
Additionally, I have participated in various psychological workshops where I have been able to apply my theoretical knowledge and acquire skills to work with different groups of people, from children to adults. I am passionate about psychology and am motivated by the ability to help improve people's lives.
