I have 5 years of experience in research, ranging from biology, environment, and public policy, and lately into user experience and human-centered design. I have worked as a researcher in an academic, a private company, a CSO, and recently in a design consultancy setting.

I built a research and development (R&D) unit from scratch at Greeneration Foundation and led the R&D unit of up to 4 people for 1.5 years. I also helped with research for 10++ clients during my time as a researcher in an agency/ freelance on various topics (UX, business strategy, sustainability, aquaculture).

I am driven by the belief that research should do more than collect dust on shelves. It should inspire, challenge, and guide teams and clients to address users' needs with bold and thoughtful insights. I thrive on turning data into actionable strategies that fuel success. I am open to any kind of collaboration on research and methodology!
