Graduated in the City University of Hong Kong majoring in English and Professional Communication in 2023, I am now working as an English teaching assistant teaching S3 students in a local secondary school. Before this job, I worked as a clerk, a customer service representative, a receptionist, a salesman and a freelance writer. All these jobs allowed me to be equipped with different job skills such as multitasking and customer support before I became a graduate student from the University.
