In Operations I have experience in process optimization. Working with many different tools and teams to find solutions to bottlenecks in processes ultimately increasing productivity within an organization.
Most recently, my work in the B2B software sector was focused on enhancing internal processes to ensure our teams were operating at their highest level. I focused on technical improvements, and also non-technical improvements like improving internal workflows, gaining qualitative and quantitative insights to create enhancements.
