I am a skilled and talented worker

I started out my working career with the IT industry working on computer hardware and tech and then started working on server and cloud maintenance. Covid hit us hard and I unfortunately got retrenched from my position as an IT Engineer. I learned valuable computer information and skills like problem solving, communication and teamwork.

After that I went into BluePrism Automation engineering and learned how automation bots get created for workflow processes. I learned how to optimize work efficiency and to streamline processes.

After that I went to work with an outsourcing centre and learned valuable skills across multiple different accounts. I learned the art of sales and customer support, customer service, strong communication, leadership and team management.

In my spare time I did some additional programming courses to expand my high school knowledge of programming.
