Remote Contracts Manager

IPinfo is a fast-growing โ€œdata as a serviceโ€ provider delivering proprietary data products to thousands of developers and global businesses. Our data is used to enrich applications and services with accurate IP data that can de-anonymize web traffic, personalize experiences, and help manage security risks. Weโ€™re at an exciting stage of growth and are hiring a talented and experienced Contracts Manager to own all contractual aspects of our data products and services supporting our global commercial operations.ย ย 

Reporting to the COO, you will be a crucial member of our Commercial Team, overseeing the commercial contracting process and collaborating with Sales and Leadership Teams to improve processes and enhance contracting efficiency. This position involves direct negotiations, precise drafting, and the finalization of various agreements. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless alignment of global commercial activities with corporate protocols and guidelines, making this a central role in our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations and oversee the creation of various agreements, including License Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, OEM, Subscription Agreements, Order Schedules, NDAs, and Reseller Agreements with customers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate processes, guidelines, and policies in all contractual terms and provisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Support, Data, Operations, etc.) to safeguard the companyโ€™s legal and financial positions in agreements.
  • Identify and execute commercial process improvements, manage negotiation documents and templates, and maintain decision histories based on commercial relationships with customers and partners.
  • Possess familiarity with data privacy laws, enterprise sales, procurement processes, and deal cycles.
  • Update our Commercial Leadership Team on status and progress regularly.
  • Work in tandem with our Sales Team by responding promptly to internal and external queries and managing time-sensitive issues amidst multiple priorities.
  • Offer support to colleagues, customers, and partners regarding the contracting process and general commercial inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate filing, completion, and status reporting of agreements within approved company systems.
  • Escalate significant legal or financial risks to the appropriate colleague while ensuring contracting compliance and prioritization.

By delivering these acute and longitudinal services in-home through a combination of digital and in-person connections, we can allow members to stay at home and out of the hospital. \n\nAs an additional service in support of our local Hubs, we provide trusted, quick, and convenient wrap around front desk support like scheduling, consenting, initial assessments, and more.\n\nThis role is far more than the usual โ€œcustomer serviceโ€ job. You will be an early-stage member of our Virtual Integrated Health Center, a virtual contact center with a distributed team where you will be placing calls to, and fielding calls from, Cityblock members around the country. \n\nThis role will be the first welcome for the caller on behalf of Cityblock. You will orient members to our care model and field inquiries, concerns, and requests. You will instill loyalty and trust by anticipating member needs, conveying genuine interest and empathy, building trust, and providing accurate and efficient services to all members and other callers. You may complete a screening questionnaire with members, verify their insurance, schedule appointments, connect to a clinician on-call, and/or research inquiries with excellent engagement and problem-solving skills.  You will use Commons, Cityblockโ€™s care facilitation system, and other tools, to provide best-in-class customer service. Your Role in a nutshell\n\nIn this Salesforce Technical Lead role, you will be hands-on involved in the day to day activities, as well as managing and driving the stories and leading the team's activities accordingly to implement and drive the success of Salesforce here at Vectra.\n\n\n* Develop automation, optimise operational processes, ensure seamless integration around systems, tools and technology using code and configuration\n\n* Design and develop both declarative (validation rules, process builders, flows) and coded (apex, aura, LWC) solutions to help extend Salesforce.\n\n* Identify and improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes, implementing change\n\n\n\nYour Day to Day Responsibilities\n\n\n* Collaborate and partner with stakeholders regularly in refining business requirements to deliver new enhancements.\n\n* Lead the team's activities from a technical standpoint.\n\n* Validate solutions, review code, and provide technical mentorship to the team members.\n\n* Write great code.\n\n* Be part of the team who is first tier one support for internal customers, using our Jira Service Desk ticketing system\n\n* Own and drive projects which will include multiple enhancements requests using Salesforce CRM and CPQ\n\n* Perform mass updates within Salesforce.com to standardise company information, build hierarchies, and integrate third party data\n\n\n\nTechnical Competencies\n\nYou ideally bring solid experience working on the Salesforce platform with expertise in at least 2 of the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Digital experiences and a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ.\n\n\n* Must have Certificate: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist\n\n* Experience of working in both development roles and technical leadership roles- Lead teams of Developers, Business Analysts, Testers.\n\n* Strong Experience with the declarative development tools of Salesforce, such as Validation Rules, Process Builders and Flows.\n\n* Design, develop, implement, configure, maintain, administer, and integrate solutions on Salesforce Lightning Cloud platform (LWC)\n\n* Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services\n\n* Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including sharing rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings, etc.\n\n* Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On\n\n* Understand and implement best practices to migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX and ANT\n\n* Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.\n\n\n\nBeing successful in this role\n\n\n* Get it Done Attitude: Bring an attitude to this fast-paced company where people enjoy the work they do and the people whom they work with.\n\n* Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n* Detailed: Proven track record of leading projects from requirements to go-live.\n\n* Strategic: Thinking strategically and executing tactically, with the ability to influence/persuade at all levels of the organisation\n\n* Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communications skills\n\n* Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate across all departments in an agile environment.\n\n* Creative: Bring new and fresh ideas to the table to help streamline processes\n\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n\n* Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I\n\n* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II\n\n* Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to JavaScript, Cloud, Senior, Marketing and Sales jobs that are similar:\n\n $55,000 — $85,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nAustin, Texas, United States
