We started LoanCrate to make home-buying simpler and less expensive for lenders and borrowers (us!). Today, mortgage lenders are stuck running their companies on software products built 20 years ago. Tech stack
Nearly all of our code is written in TypeScript. We use React on the frontend, Node/Express on the backend (running inside Docker), GraphQL/Apollo on both sides, and Postgres as our database. We use AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS, and more) and manage all of our infrastructure with Terraform.
We believe that high engineering velocity drives high product velocity (and, in turn, our success as a company 😄). Keeping this in mind, we've invested heavily in creating a great developer experience that enables engineers to ship fast. Some highlights of our stack:

Write a program that will play locally stored movies encoded to a format best for the player; H264 or H265.
I am looking for the most dependable player that can perform many thousands or millions of channel changes without needing a restart. I am partial to Rust and GStreamers' player. It would need error reporting and a good system for deploying and updating.

The Job:
As a Marketing Manager you will be part of our leadership team, and manage all facets of the marketing process. For the marketing of our events we focus on activation in our online communities, and marketing by email.
For the activation of our events in the online communities we have two remote teams that are in charge of the execution or our marketing strategies. Along with your colleagues in the leadership team you will structure, oversee, and work alongside these teams.
Email marketing is done by our leadership team, because it is the natural start of the rest of the marketing efforts for every event that we release to our audience. Therefore we are looking for candidates with a proven trackrecord, and the ability to take lead on this.
Responsibilities:
Plan, optimise, and execute our email marketing campaigns.
Leading our two remote teams alongside our leadership team, of three other marketing managers and the founder.
Oversee and manage the quality and progress of the day-to-day promotion of our events in online communities.
Continually monitoring all sales & marketing KPI’s to ensure we are delivering the highest possible results, adjust and adapt our plans in response to those results.
Coaching and developing the marketing team, setting annual objectives and conducting regular performance reviews throughout the year.
What we are looking for:
Entrepreneurial leader that inspires teams and collaborates cross functionally.
Experience with email Marketing, leading campaigns, optimising open rates and conversion.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, results-oriented.
At least two years of relevant working experience.

Responsibility
What will you manage? Each teammate receives a role within a small team per cycle that can include a handful of small projects, one large project, or staying outside of the cycle to support clients, bugs, and cycle planning. Along with that, you’ll be responsible for ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, code standards, testing, release, and reporting updates on your projects.
What will you contribute to? You will contribute to code reviews, generating projects for each cycle, feedback for ideas (including the ideas for other areas of the company), and hiring new teammates in the Product Team.
What will you support? Outside of generally supporting your teammates in the Product Circle, Rebilly is an open environment where everyone is welcome in every area of the company. You are welcome to support any project you feel called to participate in.
How much support per project? Teams working in a cycle can be 1, 2, or sometimes 4 people. You will lean on your cycle teammates to support the completion of the cycle, as well as receive support from teammates supporting the cycle. You can ask as many teammates to join your project as you need to complete the mission.
