You are resolutely customer-focused and recognise the importance of truly understanding what matters to customers, constantly obsessing about customer.\n\nYouโ€™ll be working as part of a team to help us build card business expense solutions for micro and small businesses. \n\nYouโ€™ll be working alongside experienced product professionals and hand-in-hand with senior developers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to research, build, ship and improve the product. You will be commercially focused and you will need a good understanding of data and ability to make decisions based on those metrics. You will be joining our ECO team but that doesnโ€™t mean you will be limited to just ECO work and certainly not limited to just carrying out one type of insulation. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you'll do \n* Working for the Insulation Manager you will be part of a Team of two who have the role of installing insulation in our customers homes\n* Learn new skills from fitting wall insulation, both inside and outside of the home\n* Troubleshoot on an ongoing basis, as part of our aim to deliver exceptional Customer services.
