The key to this programme is that technology is an enabler for change, it’s at the heart of what we do, but it’s not all of what we do. The people aspects of this programme are vital to its success. This role will help deliver that success on an ongoing basis for many years to come.\n\n \n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n\n* Workday Security model design and architecture ownership across HCM, FINS and PSA\n\n* Lead security design changes and implementation post go-live including 3rd party systems that use Workday security roles (e.g. Zimit)\n\n* Test of security design changes including planning and executing tests\n\n* Provide consultation for the rest of the Workday Services team to discuss security implications of proposed changes\n\n* Ensure Workday platform is designed, maintained, and operated in line with the WPP Data Privacy and Security Charter & General Computer Controls\n\n* Work closely with the Head of SSC and Program team to manage and maintain the SOD model\n\n* Develop and deploy security/access management governance and practices for Workday which manage risk to an acceptable level and are scalable\n\n* Oversee user access provisioning processes (JML) (supported by our AMS Partner and in co-ordination with HR, SSC, and Workday Functional SME’s)\n\n* Provide input into the future operating model of user access management within the Workday Services team\n\n* Hypercare support planning to address common issues at go-lives such as segmented security with an expedited process\n\n* Accountable for maintaining Workday security and associated process documentation\n\n* Champion recommendations for continuous improvement\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat you'll need:\n\n\n* Exceptional knowledge of Workday HCM, and/or Fins or PSA security configuration and user access management\n\n* Experience with identify and access management risks, concepts and controls\n\n* Experience working in a global Workday deployment environment\n\n* High level of attention to detail and accuracy\n\n* Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders\n\n* Strong risk awareness skills and management of risk\n\n* Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions\n\n* Credibility, professionalism, and strong personal integrity\n\n* Ability to mentor new team members from wide and varied backgrounds\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWho you are:\n\nYou're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
