\nStrategic Sourcing Senior Analyst\n\nThe Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst is a hands-on, high visibility role that will require extensive\nexperience across the entire spend management life cycle. Reporting to the Director, Strategic\nSourcing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier category strategies for Professional\nServices (e.g. Contingent Workforce, Consulting, Supplier Inclusion and Diversity), Facility\nOperations, and other assigned ad-hoc projects for LiveRamp. In this role, you will define best\npractices to optimize spend across the People and Work Experience Category and establish a\ndiverse supplier program.\nYou will:\nโ Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and act as a โtrusted advisorโ across business\nunits, Legal, IT, Finance, HR, Procurement and other teams to ensure that the overall\necosystem is working towards a unified strategy.\nโ Provide oversight and strategic guidance for the company covering all third party spend.\nโ Support and evangelize our contingent workplace program adoption globally and cultivate a\nstrong internal and external brand for the team.\nโ Partner with LiveRampโs internal teams to expand our modern supplier diversity program.\nโ Oversee/maintain highly effective internal controls and support internal and external financial\nreporting.\nโ Negotiation and Contract Development: ability to successfully negotiate contracts/business\nrequirements that meet the needs of organization (risk, quality, cost, etc.) across both programs.\nโ Strategic Sourcing: ability to lead complex sourcing projects from requirements development\nthrough supplier selection (experience with cradle to grave RFx process).\nโ Category Deep Dive: ability to collect and analyze data and subsequently generate findings and\nopportunities within categories; lead category strategy discussions with the internal business\npartners and jointly execute strategic plans.\nโ Supplier Relationship Management: lead performance management process by identifying and\nmanaging suppliers to a set of metrics that will help maximize program successes; drive business\nreviews with identified strategic suppliers and lead any supplier disputes/issues.\nAbout you:\nโ Foundational knowledge and 5+ years tech industry experience and familiarity sourcing\nProfessional Services and Supplier Inclusion and Diversity programs.\nโ Proven ability to take ownership, drive positive change, and build strong stakeholder\nrelationships.\nโ Good sense of humor and unflinching attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves and\ndo both tactical and high level strategic work.\nโ Strong written and verbal communication, cross-cultural collaboration and relationship\nmanagement skills.\nโ Experience with relevant tools such as Workday, ScoutRFP, Coupa VMS, Zip and other\nspecific software.\n\nBonus Points:\nโ Strong technology background and able to navigate new systems and tools as both a user\nand administrator.\n\nโ Demonstrated experience collecting and analyzing data, applying principles of financial\nanalysis, aptitude in decision making\nโ Proven ability to engage and influence senior business leadership in a fast-paced, high-\ngrowth environment.\nโ High customer centricity, business acumen and ambition to contribute towards enhancing the\noverall domain of program management for contingent workforce and supplier inclusion.\nโ Project management and process improvement background with exceptional analytical,\norganization, and problem solving skills; use data to drive recommendations\nโ Experience collaborating with TechScale, WBENC, NMSDC and other leading supplier\ninclusion organizations.\nBenefits:\nโ People: work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.\nโ In-Office Food: enjoy catered meals, boundless snacks, and the occasional food truck.\nโ Fun: we host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and\nsports leagues.\nโ Work/Life Harmony: flexible paid time off, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.\nโ Whole Health Package: medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
