You’ll never see another product team like ours - we literally ship a new version of ClickUp every single week.\n \nWe're looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead our Integrations and Automations teams.\n \nIn this role you will be responsible for two important areas of our product that save people time. First, you will own our native, partnership-driven and 3rd party integrations with ClickUp - allowing for the flow of data and actions between ClickUp and other platforms so that people can get their work done across applications without jumping around. Second, you will own our automations platform that takes care of work for you by automating complex workflows within ClickUp and across third-party applications. These two product areas combine to take the busy work out of work so that you never miss a thing and can focus your time on areas of deep thinking.\n \nYour primary responsibilities include defining a vision and roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering to create innovative solutions for our customers, and working with Product Marketing to bring those products to market. We expect that you'll be on top of it and move with urgency, be customer and market obsessed, take ownership in the details, and work backwards from the perfect solution by finding creative incremental ways to make progress.If this sounds like you, we'd love you to join us in changing the world by giving people more time back in their day.\n \nThe Role:\n\n\n* Design thinking: Leverage different forms of research and customer feedback to understand and represent user needs and ideate on creative solutions.\n\n* Executional Excellence: Own roadmap prioritization and partner with Engineering to deliver a high quality product to customers, in the most efficient way possible.\n\n* Attention to Detail: Work directly with a one-of-a-kind team of designers to deliver elegant solutions that are easy to use.\n\n* Results Driven: Formulate hypotheses, set goals, track results, and follow up on anomalies or trends, utilizing A/B testing when applicable to validate ideas.\n\n* Flexibility: You thrive in an environment where things change rapidly and are willing to adapt in order to meet the needs of our customers and business\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* 5+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration\n\n* Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines\n\n* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, succinctly communicate the vision and motivate people at every level, across functions\n\n* Experience in building Automation Platforms or Workflow Platforms\n\n* Experience with Event Driven engines for Stateful/Stateless Automations at scale\n\n* Understanding Authentication and Authorization mechanism and applying them to 3rd party apps\n\n* Experience with Developer Platforms and Application Marketplaces\n\n* Working knowledge of API and related tools like Postman, Swagger\n\n\n\nDesirable:\n\n\n* Expertise in productivity apps either as a power user or from working at another company in the productivity space\n\n* Experience working with GTM teams to announce, release, and support launches from start to finish\n\n* Strong design intuition or design experience, comfortable with prototyping features, flows, and ideas\n\n* Previous hyper-growth startup experience\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Testing, API, Marketing and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $120,000/year\n
