\nSenior Coordinator, Pharmacy Licensing & Credentialing\n\nWeโre looking for a Pharmacy Licensing & Credentialing Sr. Coordinator to join the Pharmacy Operations Team, within our Strategy and Operations Organization. In this role, you will work closely with our business stakeholders to support pharmacy licensing and credentialing for our pharmacies. You must be comfortable speaking with others across various channels (primarily email/message) compassionately and professionally. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions\n\nComp | Perks | Benefits \n\n\n* The base pay for this position is $22.00 per hour\n\n* Annual Incentive Plan + Stock Option Package\n\n100% coverage on many health, dental, and vision insurance plans\n\n401k with a match, commuter benefits, and FSA\n\nBudget for the technology tools you need โ whether itโs a laptop, monitor, or special software\n\nAnnual $750 vacation stipend and $750 wellness allowance\n\n\n\n\nWhat you get to do every day \n\n\nCredentialing:\n\n\n\nReviews and screens initial and recredentialing applications based on policies and procedures\n\nCollects and validates documentation for completeness and accuracy\n\nAnalyzes and resolves discrepancies, time gaps, and other adverse events\n\nMonitors files to ensure completeness and accuracy\n\nEnters, updates and maintains data from facility applications into credentialing database\n\n\n\nLicensing\n\n\n\nPerform functions necessary to maintain pharmacy licenses\n\nProcess applications for pharmacy licensing renewals and all applicable updates\n\nMaintain facility regulatory profiles as required, including NCPDP (National Council for Prescription Drug Programs) and NABP (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy)\n\nInternal point of contact for licensing questions regarding new licenses, renewals, and ongoing updates\n\n\n\nGeneral\n\n\n\nParticipates in the development and implementation of process improvements for credentialing and licensing\n\nProvide support to organization as needed during accreditation and re-accreditation periods\n\nOther ad-hoc, pharmacy-operations related tasks\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you bring to the role \n\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in a credentialing or licensing role\n\nExperience with PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) applications and other credentialing tools\n\nExperience communicating with regulatory and licensing boards\n\nExcellent organization and prioritization skills \n\nKnowledge of URAC (Utilization Review Accreditation Commission), ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Health Care) a plus\n\nKnowledge of state Medicaid enrollment requirements and procedures a plus\n\nAptitude and enthusiasm to learn the ins and outs of a fast-moving startup in the healthcare world\n\nGreat written and verbal communication\n\nGoogle Suite knowledge and the ability to navigate spreadsheets are a must \n\nSuperb judgment, the ability to think quickly on your feet, and with deep empathy\n\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\n\nManual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7 to 8 hours per day.\n\nVision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.\n\n\n\n\nRequired IT\n\n\nReliable at home internet with a download speed of at least 25 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
