You will be working in close collaboration with Keyrockโs sales, marketing and trading teams to structure the necessary processes to ensure the efficient management of the sales pipeline. Job description\n\nBuild and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrockโs Business Development process\n\nManage and ensure proper reporting structure, both internally and towards clients\n\nWork closely with the Head of Commercial Strategy, other Sales Executives, Product and Marketing teams\n\nSupport sales team with the day to day management of the customer relationship\n\nSupport marketing campaigns, and helping with activities such as client days, conferences and events\n\n\n Background and experience\n\nEducation: studies in Business, finance, engineering, data science, econometrics or similar\n\nPassion for and/or knowledge of trading\n\nMinimum of 5 years experience with a successful track record of B2B Sales in Crypto and/or finance related environments \n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, as well as being able to explain concepts and user stories with confidence\n\nNatural storytelling ability, to weave a narrative of Keyrockโs solutions into a clientโs daily life\n\n\nCompetences and personality\n\nSelf-motivated and organized with a personal commitment to succeed\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nCapacity to synthesize and organize information\n\nLanguages: fluent in English (oral & written)\n\n\n\n\nOur Recruitment Philosophy\nWe believe the most important aspect of our recruitment process is self-awareness: we are looking for people who have a clear understanding of themselves and what they are looking for in their professional career.
