As a member of the fast-paced, multi-disciplinary Global Packaging team youโll use creativity and experience to solve a variety of challenges. Collaboratively, youโll transform requirements into production-ready packaging.\n\n \n\nModestly, you own your domain expertise. Your background should include, but not be limited to, artwork asset management, printed packaging production and color consistency within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. \n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nProject Manager, Packaging Development at JUUL Labs leads program delivery efforts with enthusiasm, collaboration, and attention to detail. Further, she/he is motivated by elevating quality and capabilities for speed-to-market. The daily goal is to drive excellence in communication through clear requirements and comprehensive timelines with regular progress updates. Project Managers, Packaging Development, will take direct ownership of mission critical projects and be required to produce results in a timely manner.\n\n\nDistill objectives into actionable results every day\n\nFacilitate decision making, bridge communication and escalate when necessary\n\nPartner with key teams including Commercial, Engineering, Legal, Brand and Regulatory to ensure packaging objectives are met in a timely manner\n\nWork to create and maintain the program schedule, ensuring key milestones from different disciplines are aligned\n\nAssess historical performance to drive continuous improvement of future performance\n\nEnsure correct packaging BOM set-up in product lifecycle (PLM) systems\n\nParticipate in writing and presenting Packaging project initiation requests\n\nProactively identify and manage project opportunities/ issues/ risks\n\nReview Packaging assets files for accuracy and completeness\n\nResponsible for project close-out processes\n\n\n\n\n \n\nPERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n\n\n\n5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams for sustaining and new packaging efforts\n\nExperience in high-volume consumer packaged goods (CPG)\n\nValidation of print technologies including pre-press, proofing and final production\n\nExperience with packaging design process, systems and tools\n\nDetail oriented, highly organized both personally and at the team/project level\n\n\n\n\n\nLaunch and maintenance of international products\n\nAbility to listen and learn\n\nAttention to detail in rapid development cycles with challenging goals\n\nAbility to influence and motivate a diverse set of people and expectations\n\nAbility to distill opinions into facts to produce better results\n\n\n\n\nEDUCATION: \n\n\nBachelorโs degree and/or other relevant experience in packaging technology, product development or artwork management\n\n\n\n\nJUUL LABS PERKS & BENEFITS:\n\n \n\n\nA place to grow your career.
