Blend is hiring a Remote Product Manager End to End Origination Workflows
\nWeโre looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a new initiative to transform how loan originators work. As part of the overarching LO Toolkit charter we are focused on making the Blend Mortgage Platform the primary system of engagement for loan officers by powering the end-to-end workflows required to originate a loan entirely from Blend. In order to accomplish this vision, we must expand the workflows supported by the current LO Toolkit product suite to extend beyond the initial pre-approval and support the critical activities that allow LOs to advance loan applications through the processing, underwriting, and closing milestones. \n\nIn addition to building support for new use cases into the core LO Toolkit product, we will also seek opportunities to innovate on the traditional origination process by using data connectivity and automation to make LOs as productive as possible. This product area also serves as a key bridge to enabling other product lines such as Blend Processing Automation, Blend Package Generation, and our Close product. \nHow you'll contribute\n\n\nDefine the product strategy and execute the product roadmap for how the Blend Mortgage Platform supports all critical loan originator activities required after the initial pre-approval. This includes (but is not limited to) workflows such as: \n\n\n\nPost-TRID Application Management\n\nPre-initial disclosure fee structuring and package generation\n\nRate lock management\n\nContact management\n\nService ordering (appraisal, mortgage insurance, title)\n\n\n\nLead cross-functional collaboration across these initiatives when workflows overlap and intersect with other product lines\n\nCreate a consistent experience across this breadth of use cases for our primary loan originator persona \n\nCollaborate with engineering and product designers to build a scalable solution across customers \n\nPartner with early pilot customers to gain deeper understanding of key requirements and manage iterative feedback loops\n\n\n\nWho you are\n\n\nMinimum 4 years of product management experience\n\nA demonstrably successful background in B2B SaaS product management\n\nHighly collaborative, self-starter, always interested in learning, innovating, and continuous improvement\n\nA passion for precision, details, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously\n\nBuild cross-functional relationships and handle complex projects across internal and external teams, including strong partnerships with customers\n\nExcellent written communication & presentation skills\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
