Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday. \n\nYour role and impact\n\n\nYou will dive into large, nebulous areas, uncover hidden user needs, set a vision, build out a strategic roadmap, prioritize investments, craft new experiences and partner with UX, Data Science and Engineering to deliver measurable and impactful solutions. Your work will enable clinicians to care for patients efficiently while maintaining the highest quality of care and a delightful patient experience. You will have ownership over critical areas of our product line for both clinicians and patients. \n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\nCraft the vision and set goals for your Product Area, making links to overall company strategic objectives\n\nUse critical thinking, data and product judgment to establish and maintain a prioritized product roadmap informed by user and market research, patient and physician feedback, our compliance team and other internal stakeholders\n\nWork with our Design, Data Science and Engineering teams to define and understand problems and requirements, then determine approach, timelines and deliverables\n\nDrive the execution of solutions in partnership with Engineering across interfaces and platforms\n\nLead strategic decisions and trade-offs that enable the team to stay on schedule in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment\n\nAnalyze the results of the teamโs efforts both quantitatively and qualitatively, reporting on successes and failure\n\nWork with Engineering, Clinical Operations and Technical Program Managers to improve our handling of operational issues that arise and help the team operate more efficiently\n\nStay on top of industry trends related to your product area and make recommendations about strategic areas of investment, including build vs. buy decisions\n\nContribute to the broader Product organization and company; for example, identifying ways to improve our process or culture and/or mentoring junior PMs\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n\n5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a professional setting\n\nDemonstrated success in taking on complex, ambiguous problems and delivering solutions with complete end-to-end ownership\n\nExperience synthesizing requirements and developing scalable solutions that meet the needs of multiple users or business customers\n\nProven ability to build strong trust relationships with key counterparts, including Engineering, Operations, UX designers and researchers, Commercial/Sales and Marketing\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, including clear communication of technical terms and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\n\nData fluency and experience working with data tools such as Tableau and Redshift (or equivalent)\n\nExperience with taking new products to market\n\nExperience working in an agile software development environment\n\nExperience with B2B product development\n\nExperience in the healthcare/health-tech industry\n\nTechnical domain knowledge with respect to electronic health records and data sharing, including FHIR / HL7 standards\n\n\n\n\n \nIf you feel like you donโt meet all of the requirements for this role but are interested, please consider applying anyway.
