To achieve such heights, we are building a team of visionary Light Warriors who are ready for this challenge.\n\n \n\nJob Overview: \n\nStar Atlas is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a growing Revenue Operations team. Being a Marketing Project Manager in RevOps means that you will work across our Revenue department teams and form a pipeline of prioritised Projects and Campaigns and lead Campaign Production end to end with the help of the Communications, Content, Acquisition & Retention, BI and Social teams. You will be responsible to support our Revenue dept. leadership with forward-planning to get ahead of workload spikes and managing workflows and other operational bottlenecks while working hands-on with campaign needs.\n\n \n\nResponsibilities: \n\n\nManage projects and initiatives end to end\n\nManage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks/issues\n\nCreate Project charters, Project requirements documents and Business Cases\n\nCreate proposals, briefs and pitch decks for new ideas and campaigns\n\nCoordinate cross-functional deliverables (dependent on other teams)\n\nPrepare project and campaign status reports and report on delivery efficiency\n\nUnderstand business and operational challenges internally and suggest potential solutions\n\nLead, plan and manage the end-to-end process of delivering marketing campaigns, including Communications, PR, Content creation, Digital Advertisement, Community engagement and Social media aspects.\n\nWork collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient delivery of assets as per production plan.\n\nAnticipate and effectively mitigate problems, manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues.\n\nConsistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications.\n\nEstablish broader planning and production frameworks for the RevOps teams to allow for planning ahead\n\nCreate Campaign Briefs and align requirements across all RevOps teams.\n\nBuild a pipeline of Campaigns and facilitate prioritisation of Campaigns based on set criteria.\n\nSuggest improvements to the production process and implement those improvements.\n\nWork closely with Content and Event Directors / Producers to ensure all requirements are met when executing the campaign.\n\nWork with the Business Intelligence team to produce performance reports and suggest ways to improve.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nRequirements:\n\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English\n\n5+ yearsโ experience in delivering marketing projects and the highest quality marketing campaigns\n\nExperience in managing multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities\n\nWorking knowledge of waterfall (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile best practises\n\nUnderstanding of the blockchain, crypto-gaming and metaverse space\n\nStrong familiarity with various project management and task management tools\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and systematic thinking\n\nAbility to synthesise complex and diverse inputs to a problem and recommend solutions โ using visual aids when needed\n\nEffective and professional communicator with great interpersonal ability and high emotional intelligence \n\nAble to influence and motivate stakeholders and skilled in conflict resolution.\n\nNurturing great, long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\n\nSound negotiation skills at senior management level\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNice to have:\n\n\nExperience in producing global marketing campaigns for game studios and/or for companies in the blockchain space, focused on rapid user acquisition with reach over 100s of thousands to millions of users/players\n\nIn-depth knowledge of the blockchain, crypto-gaming and metaverse space\n\nExperience in working in a fast-paced hypergrowth environment\n\nExperience working with geographically remote teams\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
