And weโre just getting started.\nWe are looking for an HR Generalist to help us scale our team across various functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and general HR & operational work. \nAbout the Position\n\n\n\n* Assist in the full spectrum of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations, etc;\n\n* Lead the recruiting and talent acquisition such as writing and reviewing job descriptions, proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, reviewing and screening applicants, scheduling interviews with the leadership team\n\n* Assist in end-to-end processes related to internal training: distribute surveys, compile and maintain proper records, and gather feedback;\n\n* Administrative tasks including contracts, new system migrations, etc.\n\n* Maintain records of personnel-related data (background checks, onboarding, personal information, tracking/shipping of company equipment etc.) in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met\n\n* Calculate and maintain metrics such as turnover, and churn rates.\n\n* Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance\n\n* Assist with payroll and Ad-Hoc projects\n\n\n\nAbout you\n\n\n\n* 2+ years of experience in both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition\n\n* Experience with recruitment processes and assessing technical profiles\n\n* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects\n\n* Super organized, have an intuition for keeping everything organized and in place\n\n* Experience working in a remote, global team\n\n* Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and overall communication skills\n\n* A proven ability to wear many hats and take on a wide range of responsibilities\n\n* Emotionally intelligent, and can create an environment of psychological safety for others\n\n* Working knowledge of DeFi and Ethereum with a demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies/Web3\n\n* Ability to handle data with confidentiality\n\n\n\nBrownie points if you have\n\n\n\n* Fin-tech startup experience\n\n* Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices\n\n* Exposure to Labor Law and employment regulations\n\n* Familiarity with Payroll practices\n\n* Experience with HR databases, HRIS systems and ATS Software\n\n\n\nBenefits & Perks\n\n\n\n* Competitive pay + performance bonuses\n\n* Fully-remote work with flexible working hours\n\n* Work on the bleeding edge of crypto treasury management \n\n* Learn from other senior high-performing team members \n\n* Annual team off-site at a super cool location\n\n\n\nOur Hiring Process\n\n\n\n* Screening call of 30 minutes\n\n* Culture fit interview with our team (60 mins)\n\n* In-depth interview with our Leadership Team (60 minutes)\n\n\nWe are committed to fostering diversity and inclusiveness within our organization, and we strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply, even if they donโt match all the above criteria.\nIf you are hired, you will have the option of fiat/USDC payments made monthly\nWe look forward to your application! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
